Delivery

At this moment, we only ship our items to The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.

We will dispatch your item(s) as soon as possible. In case of an undesirable event, allow us up to 5 working days to send your order.

If we believe that the dispatch will take longer, we will get in contact with you to discuss the matter.

If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, we will send you the item as soon as we have the item back in stock.

If you no longer wish to wait, you can read the following page about exchange or get a refund for your purchase.

The delivery time by post is normally 2 to 5 working days.

Your order within the Netherlands will be delivered by PostNL, DPD or DHL. In the checkout, you can choose your address to be delivered.

In case of complaints or returns, it is easiest to return via the chosen delivery service, using the following page.


Refunds, Returns and Exchange

We accept a refund only in the following cases:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item, or
  • you received an item that does not match its description, or

We accept product exchange only in the following cases:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item, or
  • you received an item that does not match its description, or
  • you are returning shoes, clothing, jewelry or watches.
  • we no longer have the item in stock, or

Please, do not:

  • use the product.
  • wash the product.

If the above rules are not met, we will not be able to exchange nor refund the product.

Important: You must have the receipt / invoice in your possession, and within 14 days of the day that the carrier delivered to you.

You need to send the product using a drop off point at your choice along with proof of purchase.

To do so please fill in your post code and the order number or the track & trace number, and return your order in few steps here.

In case of refund or exchange, it will only be processed once the item is with us.

Return Costs

By default, the costs for returning items will be on your own. The return will cost you 6 Euros.

But we will refund you back if:

  • you received an incorrect item, or
  • you received a damaged item, or
  • you received a defective item

The refund will be given to you back as a Gift card to be used in our store or bank transfer if you wish.

However, if you return items because you have changed your mind, unfortunately we wont reimburse you back the return cost.

Note:

  • If you're exchanging the original item for a different size, we will not cover any price increase.
  • If the new price is lower, for either size or color, we'll refund you the difference.
  • If the item you wish to return does not have an exchange option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
  • If the item had a discount, the refund is always the total amount you paid and not the actual price of the item without the discount.
  • After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return.
